We use your information to (1) answer your question, (2) connect you with one matched local service professional when you request it, and (3) operate, measure, and improve HomeAnswer. When you submit a quote request, we record the consent you gave — including the time, page, and the disclosure you saw — and we share your project details with the single matched professional so they can contact you.
We do not sell your contact information to lead lists. Your quote request goes to one matched professional, not to a marketplace of buyers. We do not run third-party advertising against your browsing on this site.
You can ask us to delete your information, correct it, or stop contacting you at any time via the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or by emailing privacy@homeanswer.com. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other state residents have specific rights described there.
When you submit a quote request, you consent to the matched professional contacting you by phone or text about your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or telling the caller.
